Ron Gardner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is respected in his field. He is also fully trained in EMDR Therapy. Ron holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of the Cumberland’s. Ron is also a Certified Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC). Ron has worked extensively with people suffering from all types of addictions as well as depression, anxiety, and dual diagnosis. He believes in collaborating with his clients and "It all works out in the end. If it hasn't worked out, it's not the end." Ron believes in understanding the specifics of each client and the individual issues they are facing. All of us are different and no two people will react exactly the same to treatment. Therefore, Ron believes this really needs to be a specialized and individualized approach with each client.
Sarah works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has 10 years of experience working with young children and adolescents who range from having emotional trauma, mental health disorders, and developmental and behavioral disabilities. She is able to work individually with clients or do family therapy.
Allison graduated from the Butler University Physician Assistant Program. A former employee in Damar’s own ABA clinic, Allison loved her time as an ABA therapist. She takes those experiences and her education and combines them into treating patients with all abilities. Allison is currently accepting new patients.
